Questions and Answers

My car is still in it's main dealer warranty period and I'd like it serviced. If you service the car, will it void the warranty ?

No, not at all, as long as we use oe (original equipment) parts and lubricants specified by the car manufacturer, and service the car in accordance with the car manufacture service schedule requirements. 

You should also keep our receipt as proof that you have met all requirements.

I have several vehicles that need maintaining, can you give us discount ?

Our services are already priced competitively; however If you wish to make a block booking of vehicles which can be serviced at the same time, or you have a fleet of vehicles which require regular servicing, we can work out discounted costs for you.

Are you insured ?

Yes, we have full public liabilty insurance.

Does the service come with a guarantee ?

Yes, all parts and labour are covered by a 12 month or 12,000 miles guarantee, whichever comes first.

Do you switch out the service light ?

If your service light or other maintenance light is illuminated, will will reset the light and counter where appropriate and in accordance with work carried out.

Will you stamp my service book ?

Yes, your service book will be stamped upon completion of the service using our Servicing at Yours company stamp.

Can I supply my own oil and filters ?

No, we do not offer labour only.

Do you do repairs, or just servicing ??

Predominately we offer servicing, however we can carry out basic 'top of engine' repairs, such as coil packs, sensors, maf sensors, map sensors, egr valves and more besides. We also offer battery fitting, and engine steam cleaning.

If you need a repair, please get in touch and we will soon tell you if we can help.

Do you fit brakes ?

At the current time we do not get involved in fitting brake components, or suspension components. This work is best carried out in a workshop environment.

I used a car servicing company before who serviced my car and then stopped me from having my car back, as they said it needed repairs before driving it back..

The difference with 'Servicing at Yours' is that we come to you and service your vehicle on your property, as such we do not take your car away.
